Head of Training (home based in the UK) – Job Expired

Civitas Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation who support young people around the world to start, grow and sustain businesses. Working together with their members, they equip disadvantaged young people to build the skills, confidence and connections they need to beat the odds and become successful business owners. An exciting opportunity exists for a Head of Training to join the charity on a fixed term contract (8 months). As Head of Training, you will be working with young entrepreneurs to ensure they receive the support they need to create and/or improve their training programmes. You will work collaboratively with the charity’s Fundraising team to contribute to training aspects of proposals, plans and budgets. Home based role in the UK

Ideal candidates will be qualified or have the equivalent work experience in training/facilitation. Candidates will have strong facilitation and communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment. You will have a proven track record in successfully designing and delivering entrepreneurship training programmes. You will also have experience in developing and managing standard training curriculum and delivering Training of Trainers. A background in youth development/international development would be a bonus however it is not essential for the role.
